I've been super anxious about have fillings done/replaced for more than 10 years. Needed a filling replaced for at least 5 years and have just been getting temporary stuff put over it which didn't last long. Saw Jack in September 2023 and he said he wanted to take the filling out and do it properly again. Went back yesterday for him to do it. That's how scared of fillings I am! He was fantastic. Calm, collected, confident and softly spoken. Talked through the process as he was doing it. The boy done good. I actually opened my eyes near the end when I would normally have them clenched shut.
He wasn't just my dentist yesterday he was my therapist too who righted some wrongs. Whilst I hopefully won't be rushing back for more fillings anytime soon it's a confident 10/10 from me 👍

First time I've been to a private dentist in 25 years. This was my second appointment the first was a new patient assessment and this appointment was for a filling. Came in & saw Jack today for a check up very thorough & knowledgable. Have been coming to the dental practice for over 20 years & always receive good service - wouldn't go anywhere else
